As Manager - HR Practice, you will be working on projects related to people fulfilment, function development (such as increasing efficiency, clarifying roles & responsibilities, etc.), often supported by a strong change management.

You will also work on topics as:
 
-    HR information systems: analysing HR information systems and solutions, determining HR requirements, selecting HR systems and solutions in line with business requirements and supporting the implementation of new HR systems;
-    HR strategy & organisation effectiveness: measuring the ‘Return On Investment’ of human capital;
-    Reward & competence management: analysing the current reward system and philosophy, designing and implementing new reward models;
-    Change management: managing people aspects when implementing changes;
-    Organisation and job design: developing organisational models from strategic principles to organisation charts and developing the related job descriptions;
-    Job evaluation: designing tailored job evaluation systems, competence models and performance management systems;
-    Benchmarking : providing HR-related benchmark services to companies;
-    HR process improvement: designing and implementing HR solutions for our clients.


PROFILE:
Master degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology, (Applied) Economics – option HRM or Commercial Engineering. Experience in HR management projects or HR consulting. (Experience in HRIS consulting is a plus.) Experience in Organisation development / HR Transformation or Change Management related projects is a plus.

-    Good communication (written and oral) in French, Dutch and English.
-    Good interpersonal skills.
-    Flexibility to work abroad.
