    Change Manager

You ensure that new initiatives are being implemented smoothly, taking into consideration the change impacts on People, Process and Technology.  Meeting objectives and increasing employee adoption and usage are your priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing change requirements and identify key stakeholders
  • Assessing change impacts and implications on structure, technology, roles, systems,…and assessing change resistance, risks
  • Elaborating change management strategy and plans (communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan)
  • Ensuring integration of the change aspect in the project plans (Process, Technology and human aspects)
  • Building awareness and engaging people about change, ensuring acceptation and usage
  • Monitoring change progress and reporting about risks
  • Supporting and coaching to all levels (managers, supervisors, project teams) through transitions (tools, trainings, culture) and manage the change portfolio
